Are you an energetic procurement professional who wants to make a difference? As a Supplier Relationship & Contract Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our supplier relationships and optimizing our contract management. You will be responsible for managing our strategic supply base and play a crucial role in risk management and performance improvements.

You work with internal teams and suppliers to establish sustainable future proof collaborations, reduce risks, and improve supplier performance. You lay the foundations for an efficient and effective organization through negotiating and executing solid performance based contracts. In addition you will be responsible for managing one operational buyer.

What will you do?

• Relationship management: Managing and strengthening relationships with strategic suppliers and creating long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Contract management: Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, with a focus on performance results.
• Risk management: Identifying risks in the supply chain and actively working on mitigation initiatives.
• Internal collaboration: Working with internal teams such as R&D, Operations, Sales, and Legal to further refine the procurement strategies.

 What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, contract management, or supplier management and a completed higher education. You have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for risk management, and the ability to improve supplier performance. Additionally, you are a strong communicator and can effectively collaborate with various internal departments. You have at least a NEVI 1 or 2 qualification (or equivalent), as well as experience in an international supply chain environment or industries such as industrial manufacturing or the chemical industry.
